Your plan set arrives as a PDF, so where the building goes up has no effect on turnaround or price. We estimate steel for subcontractors bidding work anywhere in the state — the Bay Area (San Jose, Oakland, San Francisco), the Sacramento Valley, the Central Valley (Fresno, Bakersfield), the Central Coast, and all of Southern California (Los Angeles, Long Beach, Anaheim, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego).
What does change by region is the detail around the steel, and we account for it: which jurisdiction's plan-check comments to expect, whether the job sits in an Iron Workers district that makes it a union bid, and whether a public owner puts it under prevailing wage. Tell us the county and the awarding agency and we will flag those before you price the work — not after you win it.
Outside California? Send it anyway. We take out-of-state plan sets. We just won't pretend to know your local labor market.

Are the estimates accurate?
Every package starts as an AI takeoff, then a working estimator goes through it line by line before it ships. You review it too, and every quantity names the sheet it came from, so you can check any number yourself. Estimates are informational tools: always verify quantities and pricing before you bid.
What do I send?
A PDF plan set — as a shared link or a file. If you have addenda or a bid form, send those too.
How fast?
48 hours standard. Need it tomorrow? A 24-hour rush is +35%.
Is my plan set confidential?
Yes. Your plans are never shared, never used to bid against you, and deleted on request.
What trades do we cover?
Structural & misc steel is live today. Concrete, framing, drywall, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical are on the way — each launches only when it meets our accuracy bar.
What does it cost after the free sample?
Concierge pricing per bid package: Starter $299–399 for small scopes, Standard $549–899 for a typical commercial bid, and Complex $1,200–2,500 for large or multi-building work. Add 35% for a 24-hour rush.
